Warmington debuts models and 5 homes in Phase One at Elements in Chino Hills, which is set behind private entry gates and adjacent to Western Hills Golf Course and Country Club.

This weekend (August 7-8, 2010) marks the long-awaited introduction of Elements at Pine Valley Estates by Warmington Residential California. Located behind private entry gates within the Pine Valley Estates enclave adjacent to Western Hills Golf and County Club, Elements at Pine Valley Estates is a collection of two-story detached homes that are priced from the $700,000s.

This collection of spacious, family sized homes are sized from approximately 2,800 to 3,500 square feet and include up to six bedrooms, four and one-half baths, and three-car garages. Many exciting room options are available including a expanded lower level suite, home office and “prep” kitchen for specialized cooking and entertaining in some plans, among others. Phase One pricing has just been announced: The first phase will include five homesites representing all three floorplans. Pre-qualification is a necessary first step in the purchase process, whether or not a buyer intends to use Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to obtain financing. To reach Elements from the 71, exit Chino Hills Parkway and travel west. Proceed past Carbon Canyon Road and turn left on Eucalyptus. Follow Eucalyptus to Canon Lane. Turn left and enter through the gate to the Elements sales office.

From the 57 Freeway, exit at Grand Avenue and travel east. Proceed to Chino Hills Parkway and turn right.  At Eucalyptus turn right and proceed to Canon Lane.  Turn left on Canon Lane, proceed through the gate to the Elements sales office.

The Warmington group of companies has a long history of homebuilding and over the years has built and sold more than 300 homes in and around the Chino Hills area.
